Recommended: This week Kennedy has a highly entertaining new video up on Reason.tv: “Will Whole Foods Destroy Brooklyn?” that deals with a battle over a proposed Whole Foods store to be built on an eyesore of an abandoned lot. The video avoids expressing an overt opinion — at least in words. Her interviews and visuals tell a story, however, of the battle between stasis (and with it decay and ennui) and the creative dynamism of enterprise and markets (credit Virginia Postrel for the dynamism/stasis language).
